New Crimson Features for JFC Users: Save Time and Get Better Insights
We’ve added three new features to help Crimson users manage JFC activity more efficiently and get clearer, more customized reporting. Whether you’re looking to simplify formula setup, accommodate unique JFC participant arrangements, or dig deeper into contribution data, these updates have you covered.
Save & Select Multiple JFC Formulas
Managing formulas just got easier. With the new JFC Save & Select Formulas feature, you can now:
Save multiple formulas for a single JFC Fund Code.
Set a default formula that will apply unless changed at the gift level.
Copy and edit existing formulas instead of starting from scratch each time.
This update gives you more flexibility and saves time when managing complex fundraising structures.
$0 JFC Participant Limit
Crimson now supports $0 limits for JFC participants. This is helpful for more complicated JFC formulas, where a participant may need to be listed at a certain sequence level for Individual donations but not for Multi-Candidate PAC donations (or vice versa). You can list a $ for one limit and leave the other limit as $0 to perfect your JFC set up and save you manual work updating individual donor gifts.
