Optimized Data Entry Layouts

Data entry isn’t anyone’s favorite task but Crimson’s new optimized layout make the experience as pleasurable as possible while reducing the chance of a data entry mistake. Human error does happen, but we are doing our best to protect our users.

Hot keys make it easy for you to rip through the data entry fields by skipping to each important field or expanding the “additional information” panels.

Intuitive Donor Lookups

Crimson makes it even easier to find an existing donor through the new “quick search” look up. This allows you to stay on the same screen to identify the correct donor and avoid creating duplicate donor records.

Self Auditing

Crimson’s got your back. Now it is even easier to check your work and make sure every transaction is recorded before you finalize your gift data entry. Crimson will protect you from yourself and confirm that no mistakes slip through the cracks.

Batch Auto-Creation

Check batching just got infinitely easier. Crimson can now create your batch series for you, or, will intuitively select the next batch in your existing numeric batch sequence.

Improved Navigation

Isn’t it easier to do your job when getting to the pages you need is a snap? Crimson’s new navigation interface puts all the pages you need at your fingertips.
